ALPHAGREEN
ALPHAGREEN is an integrated additive for the formulation of water-based or brine-based drilling fluids, engineered as a thermally stable liquid emulsion containing all required components for immediate use with the simple addition of water.
Its advanced formulation enhances mud rheology, strengthens filter cake quality, seals micro-fractures and shales, and controls solid dispersion.
It functions as a powerful high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) fluid loss reducer and provides superior lubrication under demanding drilling conditions.

Flash Point: 250 – 300 ºC
Specific Gravity: 1.07 – 1.10 g/cm³
The product exhibits a negative enthalpy of formation, releasing heat into the environment during its reactions, which contributes to increased entropy and facilitates the breakdown of carbon chains in emitted gases.

Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: 20 L plastic pails, supplied in pallets of 36 units (720 L/pallet).
- Store in a dry, ventilated area, away from heat or ignition sources.
