All Cryl

ALL CRYL is a high-performance liquid binder, formulated as a synthetic resin aqueous emulsion. Designed for cementitious mixtures and fluids subjected to mechanical stress, it enhances adhesion, flexibility, and particle cohesion, resulting in a denser and more durable matrix.
Use in the Lithium Industry
1. Membranas para piletas de salmuera de litio
Lithium brine ponds are built in salt flats, often reaching dimensions of 100 m x 50 m x 1 m. Brine extracted from nearby wells is deposited and evaporated through natural sun and wind exposure, concentrating lithium salts into lithium carbonate.
The Allcryl membrane plays a critical role:
- Waterproofs the ponds, preventing brine from seeping into groundwater.
- Enhances evaporation efficiency by retaining heat.
- Eco-friendly, durable, and easy to apply, diluted in water at different ratios depending on soil preparation.
- Lasts 2–3 years in continuous use.
- If left unused, it naturally degrades, avoiding costly disposal compared to black polyethylene films.
2. Membranes for chemical tanks in the lithium process
In lithium separation processes, caustic and acidic chemicals are used. Waste can be safely stored in Allcryl-lined ponds, as the membrane resists both types. After use:
- The pond can be left idle and within 2 months the membrane degrades naturally.
- For reuse: sweep away toxic residues and reapply Allcryl in 2–3 coats.
Use in the Oil Industry
1. Pools for contaminated fracking water
Fracking extraction consumes up to 1,000,000 liters of water per 1,000 liters of oil. Contaminated water containing hydrocarbons and proppants can be stored in Allcryl-lined ponds for later treatment.
Our Oil Water Green solution remediates this water, making it suitable for industrial use or reuse in new fracking operations.
2. Oil injection mud pools
Drilling muds containing chemicals and synthetic fluids can be safely stored in Allcryl-lined ponds. The membrane resists without degrading or altering its physical properties.
3. Temporary crude oil storage pools
When extraction exceeds tank capacity, ponds up to 2 m deep can be built for temporary crude storage. Allcryl ensures impermeability and, upon degradation, leaves no contaminant residues.
4. Pools for containment of soil contaminated with hydrocarbons
Soil and drilling cuttings contaminated with hydrocarbons can be stored in Allcryl-lined ponds. Bioremediation products like Eco Flash break down hydrocarbons, leaving harmless soil that can be reused without final incineration.
Use in Agriculture
1. Agricultural water reserve tanks
Reservoir ponds can be built to the desired size, lined with 2–3 coats of Allcryl diluted at different ratios.
Advantages:
- Store water without leakage.
- Suitable for fish farming (eco-friendly, non-toxic).
- Degradable: when drained and exposed to sun, they turn into harmless soil within 2 months.
Use in urban waste management
1. Containment and remediation pools for open-air dumpsites
Allcryl membranes allow waste to be confined in sealed ponds, preventing groundwater contamination. Additionally:
- A covering system captures decomposition gases (methane, butane) for energy use.
- Waste degrades into humus, usable as fertilizer.
- With prior separation of metals, plastics, and glass, recycling and job creation are promoted.
