ECO – FLASH
ECO-FLASH is a powerful, environmentally friendly combination of organic compounds, natural terpene solvents, and surfactants with exceptional descaling and degreasing properties. ECO-FLASH is an effective solvent that removes grease and residues found in casings using oil-based and/or synthetic muds. Unlike other solvents on the market, it does not contain toxic compounds (BTEX: benzene, toluene, xylenes, and ethylbenzene).
ECO-FLASH has three main functions:
- It breaks the hydrocarbon chain, whether petroleum, fuel, or oil, on land, in freshwater, or in saltwater. ECO-FLASH emulsifies and ecologically disperses crude oil to the maximum degree of solubility in water. It can be used in extreme cases of offshore spills, pouring it onto the crude oil, which instantly dissolves, as well as all types of heavy oils and greases. It prevents the spill from reaching the coast and harming the flora and fauna in the environment. It can be used in maritime channels to clean channel walls and descale closing gates.
- Oil well cleaner in workover operations. During the workover process, ECO-FLASH removes dirt faster than any other product on the market. This product is a powerful, environmentally friendly solvent, whether in the well, in mud pits, or in areas where immediate action is required.
- Gel breaker and demulsifier in well fracturing operations. ECO-FLASH works by demulsifying and breaking up mud gels to allow the entry of fracturing materials. This lowers the mud density, decreasing the pressure required for proppant entry. Once the fracturing operation is complete, another product is available that restores the mud’s rheology.

Features
ECO-FLASH is a product specially developed for the following:
- As an anti-spill product, as a dispersant for hydrocarbons and oils of all types.
- As a cleaner during oil well workover operations. Effective for removing lubricants and oil-based and/or synthetic mud residues from pipelines, especially before performing operations that can carry residues into the formation, such as cementing or workover.
- As a demulsifier, gel breaker during fracturing operations. The product must be used in a sufficient volume to allow a minimum contact time of 5 minutes. If pumping the product, pumping speeds must be designed to achieve turbulent flow.

Application details

Management and Toxicity
Handle as an industrial chemical, wearing personal protective equipment and following the precautions described in the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). This product is made from environmentally friendly raw materials.
Packaging and storage
ECO-FLASH is packaged in 20 L (5.25 gal) plastic drums, 200 L plastic drums, or 1000 L IBCs, depending on requirements. It is recommended to store in a cool, dry place.
